Incentives and X-Waiver Trainings

Jeanmarie Perrone, MD, Margaret Lowenstein, MD, and Utsha Khatri, MD were members of a team who evaluated an incentive program aimed at increasing physician X-waiver training. They found that financial incentives encouraged X-waiver training, and also found in some sites that buprenorphine prescribing increased as well.
